“Karen listen to exactly what we were looking for and put together the perfect once in a lifetime holiday to Japan for us. This wasn't an easy task given one member of the party is in a wheelchair. Karen is very approachable and listens to everything you say. Our holiday consists of 3 adults. ( Myself my husband and our grandson) We wanted upgraded seating for the flight with it been so long. This has been done. We said we would like to be able to go to at least 2 places Karen did even better by 3 areas for us. ( Meaning 3 hotels) We said we would love to go on the bullet train again Karen has arranged this for us. We also wanted to do some guided tours which with a wheelchair we can't really do the standard tours. Karen overcame this by arranging a private car and translator for us. We couldn't thank Karen enough for all the hard work put in to make this dream a reality for us. If your looking for a person to listen to exactly what your looking for from a holiday, don't hesitate to contact Karen and make your dreams come true too.”

“This is the second time we have used Karen and Designer Travel. We have had an excellent service each time, and Karen goes the extra mile to ensure all our needs are met. The price we pay is also very competitive and we have saved on costs, but not at expense of quality and service”

“We contacted Karen to see if she could arrange a holiday for us to Costa Rica. We gave her a brief outline of 4 lines of the kind of holiday we wanted. She came back to us a few days later with a very comprehensive itinerary that ticked all our boxes. Despite contacting her late in the evening on occasions, our messages were always responded to in a very timely manner. We asked Karen to look at alternative flights that could include Business Class travel and she came up with alternative flights and potential hotels that may suit our needs better. Nothing was too much trouble and I would heartily recommend Karen as your travel agent.”
